In Sannohe Town, we talked with an apple farmer with a history of more than 90 years and a commitment to organic cultivation, and in Rokunohe Town, we met a producer who aims to become a regional recycling dairy farm with the motto of “eating the scenery.” Lastly, we will touch on the activities of the fishermen of Kita-Sanriku, who are unique in their species and do not place any burden on the environment.
This is a tour where you can enjoy the special food and sake of southern Aomori Prefecture, talking with producers who face the nature and climate of each region, and enjoying sake matched to the ingredients accompanied by the sake brewer.
